o Obtain a schedule of activities.

o Make a list of your questions.

Be prepared to answer their questions.

Explain what makes you different from others within

your credentials:

Medicare/Medicaid numbers

DEA numbers
o
License verification etc.

individuals that can be used as
references.

You may wish to qualify that
they should be contacted
only if a valid offer of employment is
made.

Letter
of intent:

Request a letter of intent.

It should summarize of the key terms of your
